Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We do not guarantee processing or delivery by a specific date.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kaʻahu & Kalei is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Any reshipment costs due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once available. Carrier tracking updates are outside of our control.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders returned to sender, refused, or deemed undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Force Majeure

Kaʻahu & Kalei is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
