Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Kaʻahu & Kalei, each item is thoughtfully produced with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain fairness and quality control, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Delayed delivery once shipped

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kaahuandkalei@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue store credit

Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Kaʻahu & Kalei LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Carrier errors

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Any reshipment costs due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or government actions.

By completing a purchase with Kaʻahu & Kalei, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy in full.
